Role Statement

As an Assistant Manager Sales at Surya Wires, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Location

Industrial Area, Bhanpuri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Reporting To

Reports functionally to the Director of the Company, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.

Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) 

  1. Knowledge:

.         Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.

·         Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·         Experience in  GI wire B2B sales or similar industries between 5 to 7 years

·         Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

·         Analytical skills for market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

·         Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

·         Understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

·         Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

  1. Sales Target Achievement:

        Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales       targets.

·         Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the Sales Manager.

·         Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a unified approach and consistent messaging.

·         Explore untapped markets and develop strategies for market penetration.

·         Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility
