Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) 

1.      Knowledge:

BSc (Chemistry), Msc (Chemistry), B. Tech (analytical chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry)

2.      Skills:

·         Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·         Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

3.      Attitude 

·         Proactive and results-oriented.

·         Strong learning Curve

·         Collaborative team player.

·         Discretion in handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.

4. Should be ready to do R&D work and able to tabulate the result.

Technical Proficiency Criteria

(MUST HAVE)

·         Sound Knowledge of lab equipment, titration, solvent extract, isolation, separation & purification Technique.

·         Good communication skills needed to communicate with a Reporting Officer.

·         Precise data entry needed

·         Should be able to read and learn new things
