Role Statement

Data Entry Operator

Location

Shankar Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Reporting To

 Account Head 

Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) 

1. Education:B.com, PGDCA, B.A, Political Science with a minimum of 3 years of experience in working in Tally or equivalent of manufacturing plants.
2. Communication: English is essential for effective communication via WhatsApp and email for business purposes.
3. Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel as required for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Make entries of bank, payment, contra, purchase, sale, journal entries, Debit Note, Credit Note.

·         Minimum entries per day will range from 70 to 80.

Technical Proficiency Criteria

(MUST HAVE)

·         Good knowledge of Tally Prime

·         Excel Sheet, Word and Email access.

·         Good communication skills needed to communicate with a Reporting Officer.

·         Precise data entry needed

Behavioral Attribute

·         Ready to spend extra time in the office if entry is not done in the given time.

·         Need to be punctual as backlog will not be accepted.
