We are seeking a seasoned Head of Electrical Department for our internal operations. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of our factory's electrical systems, maintaining equipment health, ensuring safety protocols, and optimizing electricity consumption. |

Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) |
1. Knowledge: - Possess a B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Electrical, or equivalent qualification. 2. Skills: - Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. 3. Abilities: Should have progress from an entry-level role to the Head of Department (HOD) within the electrical department. |

Key Responsibilities: |
1. Factory Electrical Operations: - Oversee day-to-day electrical operations within the factory, ensuring all systems are in order. - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to guarantee the health of electrical equipment. 5. Absolute Essentials - Oversight of MD controller maintenance. - Supervision of power and furnace transformer upkeep. - Management of 1 to 20 HP, 3-phase induction motors maintenance. - Development and adherence to a monthly preventive maintenance budget. - Handling and preparation of all store indents. - Coordinating with the mechanical maintenance team for effective management of the factory's electrical systems. |

1. Transformer Knowledge: Proficient understanding of the internal components within power and furnace transformers. 2. Motor Maintenance: Competent grasp of the internal components and maintenance procedures for ABB-manufactured 3-phase induction motors. 3. MD Controller Expertise: In-depth expertise in MD (Maximum Demand) controllers. 4. Energy Recording Systems: Comprehensive knowledge of the operation of the CSEB timer for recording Maximum Demand. 5. Budgetary Acumen: Skillful management of factory budget control from the perspective of electricity and maintenance finances. 6. Vendor Collaboration: Effective vendor management in collaboration with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). |
