Key Responsibilities: |
1. Adhering to Preventive Maintenance Schedule: · Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure the smooth functioning of equipment and facilities. · Coordinate with the maintenance team to execute scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently. 2. Problem Identification and Solution Formulation: · Proactively identify and assess emerging problems related to equipment or facilities. · Formulate effective solutions to address issues promptly and prevent potential disruptions. 3. Budget Management: · Monitor and control the budget for the current month, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. · Provide detailed budget reports and projections for the upcoming month, highlighting potential areas for cost optimization. 4. Shift Scheduling and Leave Management: · Maintain and update shift schedules for the maintenance team, ensuring adequate coverage. · Manage leave requests and approvals, as well as advance requests, to maintain a balanced and efficient workflow. 5. Store Requisition Management: · Generate store requisitions in accordance with the approved budget. · Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and supplies. |
