Surya Wires (P) Ltd., founded in 1983, has undergone steady growth under the distinguished leadership of our Chairman, Shri S.K. Jain. Our expansive facility spans 5 acres within the Industrial Growth Centre of Raipur, a city renowned as the Bowl of Rice and the Cultural Capital of Chhattisgarh due to its rapid development.

Role Statement:

As a Plant Manager with a background in the iron and steel industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the plant. Your role involves handling director and chairman-related work, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Reporting To: Directors

Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

1. Compulsory background from wire drawing and Galvanising plant

2. Male candidates only.

3. Minimum 10 years of experience of working in any manufacturing unit.

4. Should know how to use Microsoft Excel, What’s app and email.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Report Management: Read and analyse Management Information System (MIS) reports for effective decision-making.

2. Stakeholder Liaison: Actively engage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

3. Administrative Expertise: Handle administrative tasks, including follow-ups, to support efficient plant operations.

4. Data and Document Management: Manage data and documents effectively, utilizing tools like Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.

Hiring Process:
