Kunal Minerals Private Limited established in 2010 is in the business of making ferro alloys using Arc furnaces. We are a diversified family managed business with investment in the field of Ferro alloys, Iron & Steel, Chemical, Education, Real-estate, Fertilizer, Paints pigment, Rubber additive, Steel Additive. The Second Generation is working towards sustaining the same growth rate.

Role Statement

As a Sales Representative, Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships with the top steel makers in India. Maintain a strong relationship with them so that we can trade them bundle of products together.

Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) 

  1. Experience: Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales to SMS of Super Alloy steel plants. GKW, Sunflag, Sail Durgapur, Aarti Steel.
  2. Communication: English is essential for effective communication via WhatsApp and email for business purposes.
  3. Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel long distances as required for business purposes.
  4. Target-oriented mindset: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets with a strong focus on results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  3. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  4. Effective Communication: Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly too potential clients, addressing their queries.
  5. Sales Reporting:  Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager.
  6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability targets, and customer requirements.

Technical Proficiency Criteria

(MUST HAVE)

1.      Industry & Product Knowledge: - Develop a profound understanding of our products, specifications, and applications. Ability to articulate product features and benefits convincingly.

2.      Market Strategies: Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, including market research, branding, advertising, and digital marketing channels, to promote effectively products and services.

3.      Sales Techniques: -Master various sales techniques, including consultative selling, relationship selling, and solution-based selling. Apply these strategies to meet sales targets and customer needs effectively.

4.      Presentation Skills: - Presentation skills to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions. Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to different audiences.

5.      Sales Forecasting: -Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques to predict future sales trends and set realistic sales targets. Contribute to strategic planning based on accurate sales projections.
