Kunal Minerals Private Limited established in 2010 is in the business of making ferro alloys using Arc furnaces. We are a diversified family managed business with investment in the field of Ferro alloys, Iron & Steel, Chemical, Education, Real-estate, Fertilizer, Paints pigment, Rubber additive, Steel Additive. The Second Generation is working towards sustaining the same growth rate.

Role Statement

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our steel making additives. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and contributing to the growth of our business. You will report directly to the AM or Manager Sales and collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional results.

Industrial Area, Bhanpuri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. ( Work from home Also Possible for remote location employee or Can

Reporting To

  Manager Sales 

Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) 

  1. Education: Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales to SMS of steel plants.
  2. Communication: English is essential for effective communication via WhatsApp and email for business purposes.
  3. Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel long distances as required for business purposes.
  4. Experience: of building a relationship with SMS, store and purchase of steel plant to sell flux and additives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Effective Communication: Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly too potential clients, addressing their queries.
  3. Sales Reporting:  Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager.
  4. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability targets, and customer requirements.

Technical Proficiency Criteria

(MUST HAVE)

1.              Industry & Product Knowledge: - Develop a profound understanding of our products, specifications, and applications. Ability to articulate product features and benefits convincingly.

2.              Presentation Skills: - Presentation skills to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
