Role Statement

Shift Spervisor, Bridge between management and worker. Maintain the shift production. Coordinate with LAB and Plant Head for charge mix / composition. Report progress and Manage the work accordingly

Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) 

1. Education:Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing plants.
2. Communication: English is essential for effective communication via WhatsApp and email for business purposes

• Achieving desired production targets:
• Order and production planning:
• Consumption Ratios:
• Wastage Control:
• Reporting assistance to Plant Head:
• Assist the Plant head in compiling daily and monthly reports related to production activities.
• Provide key insights and data to support decision-making processes.

Technical Proficiency Criteria (MUST HAVE)

Basic English Writing and Reading

Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with workers and management to convey information and address queries

Behavioral Attribute

High-Stress Environment:

• Demonstrate the capability to work efficiently in a high-stress environment.
• Maintain composure and focus during peak production periods to contribute to a productive workflow.

Friendly Nature:

• Promote a positive work atmosphere by encouraging open communication and mutual respect.

Clean Environment Maintenance:

• Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized plant environment.
• Implement and adhere to cleanliness protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace
