Kunal Minerals Private Limited established in 2010 is in the business of making ferro alloys using Arc furnaces. We are a diversified family managed business with investment in the field of Ferro alloys, Iron & Steel, Chemical, Education, Real-estate, Fertilizer, Paints pigment, Rubber additive, Steel Additive. The Second Generation is working towards sustaining the same growth rate.

Role Statement:

Shift Supervisor, Bridge between management and worker

Location: Industrial Area, Bhanpuri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Reporting To: Plant Head and Director

Key Qualification Criteria: (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude)

Education: Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing plants.
Communication: Little English is essential for effective communication via WhatsApp and email for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieving desired production targets:
Order and production planning:
- Collaborate with planning department to understand orders and create effective production plans.
- Endure that production schedules are aligned with order requirements and delivery timelines.
Consumption Ratios:
Wastage Control:
- Develop and implement strategies to control and minimize production wastage.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in wastage control.
Reporting assistance to Plant Head:
- Assist the Plant head in compiling daily and monthly reports related to production activities.
Technical Proficiency Criteria (MUST HAVE)
Basic English Writing and Reading:
Communication Skills:
Effectively communicate with workers and management to ensure smooth coordination between different levels of the production team.
Behavioral Attribute High-Stress Environment:
Demonstrate the capability to work efficiently in a high-stress environment.
Friendly Nature.
Promote a positive work atmosphere by encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
Clean Environment Maintenance.
