Role Statement

Shift Supervisor, Bridge between management and worker.
Make government approved grades of fertilizer.

Location

Bhanpuri , Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Reporting To

 Plant Head and Director

Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) 

1. Education: Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing plants.
2. Communication: English is essential for effective communication via WhatsApp and email for business purposes.
3. Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel as required for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Achieving desired production targets:

·       Work closely with the production team to ensure that production goals align with management requirements.

·       Implement strategies to optimize production processes and enhance overall efficiency.

·       Order and production planning:

·       Collaborate with planning department to understand orders and create effective production plans.

·       Endure that production schedules are aligned with order requirements and delivery timelines.

·       Consumption Ratios:

·       Monitor and analyze consumption ratios of raw materials and resources during production processes.

·       Implement measures to optimize resource usage and reduce wastage.

·       Wastage Control:

·       Develop and implement strategies to control and minimize production wastage.

·       Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in wastage control.

·       Reporting assistance to Plant Head:

·       Assist the Plant head in compiling daily and monthly reports related to production activities.

·       Provide key insights and data to support decision-making processes.

Technical Proficiency Criteria

(MUST HAVE)

Basic English Writing and Reading:

·       Ability to understand and interpret raw material ratios from documentation.

·       Read and comprehend production reports to ensure accurate tracking of production activities.

Communication Skills:

·       Effectively communicate with workers and management to convey information and address queries.

·       Facilitate clear communication channels to ensure smooth coordination between different levels of the production team.
