Store Manager

Location

Chandrakhuri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Reporting To

 Account and Purchase Department

Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) 

1. Education:Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing plants.
2. Communication: English is essential for effective communication via WhatsApp and email for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain critical stock levels with book stock and physical stocks.
• Purchase of Raw materials.
• Plant Stores receive issue, custody, accounting, finalization, Material transfer from one plant to another plant.
• Storing of material.
• Categorized fast/slow/non-moving material.
• Framed store guideline for work flow sheet of material movement inflow and outflow.
• Store organization, store guideline, store functions.
• Store performance reporting.
• Store accounting basic.
• Monthly stocktaking.
• Scrap disposal.

Technical Proficiency Criteria

(MUST HAVE)

·         Excel Sheet, Word and Email access.

·         Good communication skills needed to communicate with multiple department.

·         Precise data entry needed.

Behavioral Attribute

·         Time Management, work should not stop due to stock out.

·         Ready to spend extra time in the office if entry is not done in the given time.

·         Need to be punctual as backlog will not be accepted.

Hiring Process
