Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) 

1. Education:PGDCA, BCA, B Sc., BSc CS, IT, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and support to users either remotely or in person. This involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Hardware and Software Maintenance: Ensuring that all company hardware and software are up to date and functioning properly. This may involve installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
• Network Management: Managing the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. This involves monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and implementing security measures.
• Data Backup and Recovery: Implementing and maintaining data backup and recovery procedures to protect against data loss. This includes regular backups of critical data and testing backup systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Security Management: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure from cyber threats. This may include managing firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems, as well as educating users about security best practices.
• Vendor Management: Managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts, evaluating products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their obligations.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving IT systems and processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security. This may involve researching new technologies, assessing their potential impact on the company, and making recommendations for adoption.
